THREE WAYS TO CREATE
Nothing here needs a six-week commitment. Walk in, sign up, or book the whole room.
Drop in
Open Studio runs all weekdays. Show up, choose a project, make a beautiful mess. $29 per artist. Monthly unlimited memberships also available starting at $100/month.
Take a class
Six-week sessions and one-off workshops for ages 12 months through grown-up, plus school-break camps. Check our calendar for current schedule and available classes. *(6-week session classes are starting in January 2027, check calendar for available single classes.
Book a party
Two private hours of the art garden, enough room for friends AND family, a premium art project everyone takes home, all-inclusive pizza, juice, cake & cupcakes, party bags and zero cleanup for you.
*The Brooklyn Art Garden is a Nut-Free Facility.
A garden, not a gallery
OUR WHOLE IDEA
Kids don’t need another place to be graded. They need a space where they can get messy, have creative materials, and someone who says, “try it and see.” Adults do too!
We leave real supplies where hands can reach them — a rainbow of paints and brushes, jewelry bits, easels with watercolors, spin art, tie-dye, cardboard cutters and glue guns for the big kids. Studio artists suggest a project and lay out a fun starting point, then step back. What goes home is proof of an afternoon well spent and a new creative interest, not necessarily a finished product.

Ages 12 months - grown-up
Caregiver-and-me through Friday-night Sip & Create for adults. We have classes, workshops and art projects for everyone!
Open seven days
Weekdays 9:30am-8:30pm open studio. Weekend party slots starting 10am-5pm, open studio when we’re not booked. After hours adult workshops, kids movie nights, Art Dinners and Guest Art teachers. See calendar for schedule.
Small groups or The Entire Crew
Limited open studio space and class size, most classes are 12-16 makers max per class. We’re also available for unique family celebrations, showers, friends get togethers and corporate team building.
Messy friendly
The Art Garden is made for kids of all ages to explore ALL mediums, textures and colors. That can get messy and we’ve got you covered…literally. Complimentary aprons available and slop tub to clean up before your leave.
The party where you don’t clean up
THE STRESS FREE PARTY
Two hours, one project, everybody leaves with something they made and a lot of paint under their fingernails.
Studio all to yourselves — no other bookings during your slot and enough room for kids AND parents.
Take home Project and Theme of your choosing: patches and bedazzle our closet, spin art totes, tie-dye t-shirts, canvas painting and much more!
Full Service Party: All art supplies for a take home art project, pizza and drinks for the kids, party favors bags for each kid and we handle every mess that follows.
Add-on’s available for party enhancements, BYO extra food and drink for adults, we got plates and utensils for you covered too!
